Happy Friday friends! I haven't wrote a blog post in a little while, but I want to get back into the swing of things! My friend Blakeley who is also a blogger told me about a new photographer in town that I should check out. I looked into the photographer via Instagram and loved her work! This is where Kelsey comes in: She recently moved to Jacksonville in September and has quite literally hit the ground running with her photography career here in Florida! I find her work ethic quite commendable! She knows what she wants and goes after it! Total girl boss!
About a week later, I scheduled a session with Kelsey at Alpine Groves shortly after talking over Instagram DMs! We met up at Alpine Groves to shoot a few quick outfits! After meeting Kelsey she instantly felt like one of those people that I've known forever. She was super friendly, easy to chat with, and super fast at shooting! Our shoot was an hour long, but we probably spent 20-30 minutes of that time chatting getting to know each other lol! She was so quick that not even 48 hours later she emailed me the photos + she gave me so many more than I expected! Sharing more photos from my session below!
After previously working with Kelsey once before with a great experience, I knew we had to get Jordan to join in on our next session!!I I was dying to have updated photos with Jordan so I chatted with Kelsey to get something on the books! Kelsey had the idea of a super cozy beachy session which I was totally game for, so was Jordan he just didn't know it yet lol IYKYK. We were going for something very neutral with earthy tones so these are the results!! Probably my favorite photos of us EVER!!!
Plus we snuck in a holiday outfit for Christmas photos to give as a gift to our family!
I am seriously so happy that I met Kelsey because she has such a way with making you feel so comfortable which makes for the best photos! I can't wait to shoot together again in 2022!
